Refund policy
When payments are introduced, voluntary refunds use source service payment × unused whole days ÷ actual total paid days. A positive partial day rounds up; money rounds up to the smallest currency unit within the original payment. Rewards and trials are not cash-refundable. Rights change only after verified provider completion.
